Specialised production line design
Biosimilars and biopharmaceuticals, including sterile fill and finish, infant formula lines, and blood protein fractionation. We work out what the line actually requires before anyone sources a single machine.
Cleanroom design and clean utilities
Room grades, pressure cascade and the separation of personnel and material flows, designed to Annex 1 — then the systems that deliver them: purified water and WFI, clean steam, laminar flow units, pass boxes, HEPA filtration, and the classification testing that proves the room performs.
Production line and machine import
A complete production line, specialised or traditional, or a single machine, new or refurbished, from Europe: tablet presses, blister lines, bioreactors, sterile filling lines and more — and spare parts for the European machines already in your plant.
Requests outside these services
If what you need sits outside the three, send it anyway. We look into it and come back with a clear answer: we can do it, or we cannot and why. We do not source laboratory consumables, laboratory chemicals or reagents, excipients, or laboratory instruments.

Traditional lines and utilities
Export licence. Some biological process equipment, such as certain bioreactors, freeze dryers, isolators and filtration systems, needs an EU export licence. We check every item against the EU dual-use list before we quote, and we tell you at the start if a licence is needed and how it affects the delivery time.
